Dear CAI Member:
In accordance with the approved Bylaws for the Community Associations Institute – San Antonio Chapter (CAI-SA) you are requested to join us for the CAI-SA Annual Meeting which will be held at during our September Luncheon Webinar via ZOOM on September 8, 2020.
The purpose of this meeting will be:
° To elect three directors for our chapter (one [1] Community Association Volunteer [CAVL] and two [2] Members at Large)
° To consider the State of Affairs of the Association,
° To transact any other business which may properly come before
those assembled, and
The slate of candidates gathered and approved by the Nominating Committee is attached below. A Petition can be accepted at least 45 days before the election. A petition is an application accompanied by ten Members' signatures. At least 30 days prior to the election, the candidate profiles, Agenda, Financials and 2019 Annual Meeting Minutes will be sent in a broadcast e-blast and mailed to those who do not have e-mail addresses on file closer to September 8, 2020.
Elections will be done by electronic voting (computer or phone). Proxy forms will be available upon request. The newly elected Board Members will be announced at the end of the Annual Meeting.
